![]() ![]() When I shut the console completely down and switched it on a few hours later the problem is there again: I can't buy anything from Deals with Gold. I did as told and it worked, I was able to buy Gold deals - but only for the time the Xbox was running. ![]() They have removed and refunded my GPU subscription, added 12 months Gold from their side after that and told me to upgrade again. ![]() I nevertheless tried a hard reset of the Xbox, removing and re-syncing my profile and also a complete factory reset including deleting everything but nothing worked. So I think the problem is not the hardware itself but something with my account. The same happens when I use my laptop to buy from the store in the browser and also on my wife's Xbox. If I click on that it simply sends me to store page to buy a Gold membership but of course I can't with GPU and the buy button there simply shows "manage subscription". I can see the reduced prices in the store's overview page but if I select any game the buy button shows e.g. My subscription is shown as "active" on the console's settings. Since then I can't buy items from the Deals with Gold or claim the Games with Gold titles. In May I have upgraded my 12 month Gold subscription to GPU. Maybe someone has experienced the same and has a solution for this. ![]()
